It starts with a presentation that we have a “self” that we identify with, one formed of many opinions, assumptions, judgements based on past events, yet before all that started there was an energy that took a body, the same energy that is gone at death, and that energy is the true being that lives within, not the conversation we identify with. Then there is a description of how to do the meditation. Both of these are offered for free as mp3 downloads if you like. This is followed by a series of compositions that are a mixture of Middle Eastern modes and trance to produce a perfect meditation, then brings you back to “normal” ready for the day. This CD is close to an hour of great  music that will pull you deep within, assist you in awakening, and also calm you.
