A guided meditation CD with music designed for you to sink into. The first two tracks describe why you should meditate and a particular type of meditation that allows you to go deep within an d meet up with God. It is also Good for massages, relaxing, being calm.
This is a live recording of a band I headed up in Austin, Texas. It is a mixture of fun Mexican music with rock and psychedelic overtones. Quite cool and excellent musicianship. Being live the recording could be better, but the music is great
From my darker period of life a collection of rock, Jazzy and Latin. The songs cover shyness, anger, flirting, fun. I sing on this one along with many instrumental pieces.
